“Milner believes the time is now to get behind a party that cares for their citizens, their communities, supports new green jobs, and housing while caring for nature for generations to come.

“I’m committed to tackling critical issues like access to affordable housing and properly funded health care,” Milner said. “I will focus on creating new opportunities for green economic growth in my riding and work to implement environmental policies to preserve and care for Ontario’s vital waterways, habitats, and wildlife.”

“Jacqueline is a champion of all things local,” Ontario Green’s Leader Mike Schreiner said. “She understands the needs of her neighbours and will make her community more caring, green, and healthy.”

Milner lives just outside of Summerstown. She is a self-employed visual artist and photographer and has worked part-time as a school bus driver for the last 20 years. She supports local business, community gardens, local food, and the arts community. She has invested time and care, supporting organizations such as Transition Cornwall Plus, Cornwall and District Environment Community, and Your Arts Council – Cornwall and the Counties.”
