SOUTH STORMONT – In the world we currently live in, adding more “Canadian Content” is more than ever a good thing, and a recent change will see that happen in the local real estate market. Ingleside resident, South Stormont Chamber of Commerce President, and real estate broker Lynn White recently took a few minutes to speak about the change that she, and company owner and broker of record Tracy Wheeler and several other agents recently put into place.
White had previously worked for Wheeler under the banner of Assist-2-Sell and Buyers Realty, a US-based real estate franchise. After giving it much thought, it was clear that it was time to create something new, and Tracy Wheeler Smart Choice Realty Brokerage was born.
It was a big decision; they had been achieving a high level of success, in the top two in Canada some years, but White says they are excited to make the change. “We have a good, experienced team, so we thought let’s just go for it, you know, just go for it, change everything, do new colors, new things, and just do it that way by the end of the year.
“It was a business decision, but it was also the opportunity to rebrand and the excitement and the launch right now, and that’s kind of we’re doing right now,” said White, “Because it was only, last Thursday, I think we made the change.
“I just love it myself, because it’s like I said, an opportunity to launch. And now we’re Canadian owned, locally owned,” added White.
The biggest change that clients will notice is the name, of course, and the bright, new signs that were placed on current listings. They will still have the benefit of both Tracy Wheeler and Lynn White’s more than 15 years of individual experience. Add to that a dedicated, experienced sales staff and whether you are working with Patrick Quesnel, Tiffany Williams, or Amanda Brisson, you’ll be represented by a Canadian company that will be a force to be reconned.
