WINCHESTER – The Township of North Dundas has hired Meena Mullur as their Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
Ms. Mullur brings a wealth of experience in municipal administration and public service, having served in various leadership roles at the City of Cornwall over the past 17 years. She is currently the Administrator of the Glen Stor Dun Lodge in Cornwall, where she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to high-quality care.
Ms. Mullur holds a master’s degree in public administration and is passionate about creating vibrant and sustainable communities. She is eager to bring her vision and expertise to North Dundas.
“We are thrilled to welcome Meena Mullur to our team as Chief Administrative Officer,” said North Dundas Mayor Tony Fraser. “Her extensive background in municipal services, leadership in public administration, and dedication to community well-being make her an excellent choice for this role. We are confident that her expertise and vision will help guide North Dundas toward continued growth and success.”
Ms. Mullur shared her excitement about the opportunity to become a part of the Township of North Dundas and lead the municipal administration team.

The Township of North Dundas looks forward to the contributions Ms. Mullur will bring as CAO and is confident in her ability to lead municipal operations effectively. She will assume the role effective March 27, 2025.
